Shyra Slappy has been with Eastwood Lake Apartments for six years and is currently the assistant manager. Born and raised in the Emporia community, she attended William Allen White, Logan Avenue, and Emporia High School. Currently, she is a senior at Emporia State University seeking a degree in Rehabilitation Education Services.
